Returns & Refunds 

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of products or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to all treatments and procedures.

Please note that our treatments and packages are not transferrable to other individuals and cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. 

Refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase for retail items if they remain in their original packaging and are unused.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances. 

Refunds & Returns for Online Purchases 

Pure Aesthetic Skin & Body has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of products if you change your mind. Refunds will only be applied for products that are damaged or faulty. The product must be unused and still in their original packaging. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery. 

If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. One of our team members will contact you via email with instructions on how to create your return shipping label to get your product back to us. Once we have received the returned product, one of our team members will be in contact with you to process the refund.  

Postage on returns will be at the cost of the consumer.
